Coach+ Terms of Service
By accessing our platform and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Reservations and Payment
- Booking Process: You can reserve charter services through our website, coachplus.com. Your booking is confirmed once the chosen provider sends written confirmation (including email) and full payment is received.
- Rates: The prices you see on our site may differ from those offered directly by providers due to additional fees or discounts.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within 14 days of booking. The final cost must be settled at least 30 days before your trip. Late payments may result in cancellation of future bookings.
- Changes and Refunds: You can request changes to your reservation, subject to provider approval and availability. Please note all reservations are final and payments are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policies: These vary by provider and are available on their profile page on our site. Typically, cancellations made 30 days prior are fully refundable. Cancellations closer to the date incur fees.
- No-Show Policy: If you’re not at the pickup location within 60 minutes of the scheduled time, it’s considered a no-show, and you’ll be charged fully.
- Refund Requests: If you face service issues, contact the provider via our platform within two school days. If unresolved, reach out to Coach+ support.
- Force Majeure: In rare cases like natural disasters, we may offer exceptions to cancellation policies.
3. Rates and Additional Charges
- Quoted Rates: Once you accept a quote, the rate is fixed unless you change your reservation.
- Additional Costs: These may include charges for damages, extra stops, or necessary clean-ups. Providers will inform you of any price changes.
4. Overtime and Extra Charges
- Overtime: You’re responsible for overtime fees, charged hourly. Please plan for possible delays.
- Additional Expenses: Any extra costs like lodging for drivers, tolls, or parking fees are payable directly to Coach+.
5. Charter Services
- Role of Coach+: We connect you with independent service providers. They are responsible for delivering the charter services.
- Vehicle Information: Details about buses may vary. Coach+ isn’t liable for discrepancies in vehicle images or amenities.
- Service Interruptions: Delays due to uncontrollable events (like weather or traffic) are not grounds for refunds.
6. Warranties and Liability
- No Warranties: Our services are provided “as-is” without any guarantees. Coach+ isn’t liable for indirect damages.
- Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service or $5,000, whichever is greater.
7. Indemnification
- Your Responsibility: You agree to indemnify Coach+ for any claims arising from your use of our services, including legal fees.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by Georgia law.
- Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration in Nassau County, New York. Class action is waived.
9. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Entire Agreement: This is the complete agreement regarding your use of Coach+ services.
