Coach+ complements your existing contracts. It’s perfect for situations where your regular vendor is unavailable, you’re required to obtain multiple quotes, or your students are travelling out of the area.

Our platform gives you access to additional vetted operators who meet the highest safety standards, ensuring you can always secure safe and reliable transportation.

Coach+ is not a broker. We don’t set prices or take your reservation. Instead, our marketplace allows schools to work directly with operators. This means transparency, control, and no unexpected surprises.

Brokers are great for different clients. Private groups, for example, might prioritize price and reaching their destination no matter who drives them. Schools, on the other hand, must prioritize knowing who is transporting their students

Generally speaking, the broker model is not well suited for schools, but Coach+ specializes in the due diligence of meeting school requirements.

Yes. All safety records, insurance documents, and other qualifications are available directly on the platform for each operator and are updated regularly.

 

Simply fill out a single form detailing your trip and requirements. Operators who meet your criteria will send quotes, which you can compare and choose from. Once you select an operator, you’ll work directly with them to finalize the details.

Generally, brokers provide “instant quotes,” which tend to be low cost estimates. Then, the trip is shopped to various operators to see if anyone is willing to do the trip at that price.

If an operator has availability and is willing to work at that price, they will book it. However, the operator will commonly keep the dates available to the public. Then, if they’re able to book the dates at their regular rate, they’ll cancel with the broker, leading to a late stage operator and/or pricing change. . 

This might not matter to a private client, but schools depend on knowing who is transporting their children. These last minute changes leave schools to make a difficult decision between student safety and canceling a trip.

The system facilitates seamless communication, so changes can be managed directly with the service provider. They will confirm changes, update contracts, and notify you if the change results in a pricing change.

It’s very rare, but issues can occur. For example, a driver gets sick and another driver isn’t available. We’ll work with you to resolve the situation quickly, including help finding an alternative operator if necessary.

Coach+ is completely free for schools to use. There are no membership fees or hidden costs.

No, operators do not pay any fees to be part of our platform. A small commission is paid once a trip is completed.

Yes, since operators set their own rates and you communicate directly with them, you can discuss pricing, additional services, and specific requirements for your trip. Please keep in mind that each operator is providing competitive quotes - they know they're up against other operators.

You'll send quotes, book trips at your price, communicate directly with the school, and maintain control of the entire customer experience, right from your own dashboard.

Absolutely! You're not required to work exclusively with Coach+.  As long as your safety records remain in good standing and you complete the trips you've committed to, feel free to work with as many platforms as you wish.

It's common for competition related field trips to have venue or itinerary changes. Our system facilitates seamless communication, so these changes can be managed directly between you and the school.

If the updates result in a pricing change, please let the school know up front so they can approve any price increases.

It’s very rare, but issues can occur. For example, the school may experience a weather related cancellation, elimination from a competition, or community related issue. These situations are rare but do happen.

The cancellation policy defaults to the terms set between you and the school. We won't get involved unless you or the school asks for help resolving a situation, but we do ask that you give consideration to their circumstances being different than most private clients.

Coach+ is completely free for schools to use. There are no membership fees or hidden costs.

It's very important that bookings are solid and honored. Remember, we're dealing with children. 

We understand that things happen, like a driver gets sick and another driver isn’t available. In these rare circumstances, we ask that you do all you can to make the trip work. 

If cancellations become an issue, Coach+ may restrict future bookings to protect the clients.
