The school will fill out a form detailing their trip and requirements. Operators who meet their criteria will send quotes. The school will compare quotes and safety records to make their decision. If you're selected as their operator, you’ll work directly with them to finalize the details.
We don't provide “instant quotes” or low cost estimates, and don't book trips.
You'll send quotes, book trips at your price, communicate directly with the school, and maintain control of the entire customer experience, right from your own dashboard.
Absolutely! You're not required to work exclusively with Coach+. As long as your safety records remain in good standing and you complete the trips you've committed to, feel free to work with as many platforms as you wish.
It's common for competition related field trips to have venue or itinerary changes. Our system facilitates seamless communication, so these changes can be managed directly between you and the school.
If the updates result in a pricing change, please let the school know up front so they can approve any price increases.
It’s very rare, but issues can occur. For example, the school may experience a weather related cancellation, elimination from a competition, or community related issue. These situations are rare but do happen.
The cancellation policy defaults to the terms set between you and the school. We won't get involved unless you or the school asks for help resolving a situation, but we do ask that you give consideration to their circumstances being different than most private clients.
Coach+ is completely free for schools to use. There are no membership fees or hidden costs.
It's very important that bookings are solid and honored. Remember, we're dealing with children.
We understand that things happen, like a driver gets sick and another driver isn’t available. In these rare circumstances, we ask that you do all you can to make the trip work.
If cancellations become an issue, Coach+ may restrict future bookings to protect the clients.
